Old character I made in '08 (the images on the left). Thinking of submitting her as a potential League of Legends champion.
I need a name for her though :C

Also I saved over the super large file of her ''OTL only have this version now

She's a water lizard or something, :iconvichet-arun: is creating her lore and such . w.

If anyone has suggestions for attacks/base stats/anything of that sort lemme know <3

Her auto attack, she could be holding floating water similar to vladimir's blood.

In addition to what i said... Maybe some quotes?

"Summoner, I doubt you can handle ME."

"They will fear the waters."

"I will serve justice."

"for the harmony of my home..."

"They tremble in the ocean's wake!"

"You'll learn to love it."

"they will tremble at my name!"

"let's show them their fate."

Joke: Come here, I'll teach you how to swim, the RIGHT way, hehe.

Joke: Ooooh maybe I shouldn't have splashed water on the Fields of justice people....

Taunt: Think water isn't strong, isn't scary? I'll show YOU.

Taunt: What's lurking in the depths of this water? Your death!!

Base stats 250 or 300 HP at start (+20 per lvl)

150 or 200 mana at start (+50 per level)

Armor: 20

Magic resist: 15

Well,

Name: Serenity
Or Seninatate (Serenity in Romanian)

2 different ways for her to be I guess.

For support:
Abilities: passive: allies get extra mana regeneration

Q: Tidal Wave

Enemy cast: Shoots a tidal wave at an enemy champion, knocking them back and dealing small amounts of damage.

Friendly cast: gives alli massively increased health regeneration for a short time.

W: Calming Waves

Enemy cast: Puts the target to sleep for 1 second

Alli cast: Heals an alli champion

E: Oceanic shield

summons a shield of water, protecting alli champions from damage

R: Serene revival

Revives an alli champion, returning them to 70% health and 50% mana

Offense Mage:

Passive: the lower Her health is, the more ability power she gets.

Q: Divine waters:

Blasts an enemy champion with water, dealing large amounts of damage.

W: Tidal wave:

Forms a tidal wave and sends it towards an enemy champion, knocking them back and dealing large amounts of damage.

E: chilled blast:

Blasts a cone of cold water, almost ice, and slows an enemy champion by 15%

R: swirling death

Creates a whirlpool in the middle of the battlefield, any enemy champions caught inside will be knocked up and take large amounts of damage.

Name could be Lianna or something like that?

Passive: Life steal from anyone marked with one of her QWER attacks.
Q: Seafoam/The Depths; Limit enemy vision to a specific area
(if on specific enemy, slows when landed)
W: Torrent; Water pulses from her in a circle, dealing less damage the farther away the enemy is
E: Tidal Wave; Short range but wide cone attack
R: Whirlpool; AOE damage and slow

Also possibly removing Seafoam/The Depths for Whirlpool with the effect of it having a circle range around her that pulls all enemies in the area closer (not totally to her, but closer) to her, or is a skill shot that slows/pulls enemy closer.
The ult could still be a wide range AOE/slow and could be named Maelstrom, better paired with the idea of Whirlpool being the Q.

If you use or don't use this please let me know. The ideas are mine and I rather like them, might use them for my own if you don't..and if you do i'd like credit :)

Anyway, hope you like and good luck figuring things out. I really love the design!

Quilara, The Ocean's Vortex.

Q - Shattered Wave
Sends out a wave of water to the Target, which deals [(80/110/130/150/170)+0.5*AP] Damage when it hits, and double the damage on the shaft break. Enemies hit are also pushed lightly to the side, enemies hit by the shaft break are knocked slightly forward.

(I think about it that there is a pretty big shock-wave skillshot, moving decently fast, and 1/4 of the end is the shaft break. It's sort of like hecarim's Ultimate: You can choose where the shaft break will be, but this will also determine the whole range of the spell.)

W - Depth Current
Send out a current, dealing (80/120/160/200/240)+(0.4*AP), and finally will increase movespeed for you and allies while they walk with it, and decrese it if they walk against it. Quilara can keep the current flowing for 8 seconds, and can manually cancel it.

(It's placeable like Rumble's ult, and works sort of like galio's E, but with a twist - wrong placement makes this useless.)

E - Bubble Shield
Grants you or a friendly Unit a watery Bubble, which defends the target from autoattacks. (pretty much like dodge). Attacking units are slowed by 10%. The slow lasts 2 seconds, and stacks. The shield lasts 3 seconds or until 2/3/4/5/6 attacks are absorbed.

(Tried to explain it as well as I could. This would punish carries pretty good, and wouldn't be too overpowered, as it needs to be well timed. Also synergises well with her ult.)

R - Maelstrom

Quilara channels mighty Energies for 1,5 seconds, then creates a huge Vortex at the targetted place for 3 seconds, which deals (80/115/140)+(0,3*ap) magic damage per second. People can't walk outside the vortex, and are slowed by 30%.

(It's like a targetted jarvan ultimate with damage. You can flash outside. It just doesn't last as long, but doesn't trap yourself inside. Also you can flash outside before it starts.)

Tell me if you like these Ideas, I'm very much into Character and Boss design in games. Little hobby o'mine.

Awesome picture, really like it!
